Information about the GDPR

ACL attaches great importance to the confidentiality of your information.

As you perhaps already know, the European Union will, on 25 May 2018, start to apply a new law on data protection known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We have updated our clauses on confidentiality and protection of personal data, our general terms and conditions and our website terms of use so as to take into account the new legislative requirements contained in the GDPR. These texts can be consulted on Automobile Club du Luxembourg's website

In accordance with current regulations, you have the rights of access, inquiry, modification, rectification and erasure of your personal data and the right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing and to the dissemination of your personal data.

Automobile Club du Luxembourg adopts appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent your data from being distorted or damaged or unauthorised third parties from accessing your data.
